Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Bad odor

Please note that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.

Returns and Exchange

Damaged and Defective Product

As a consumer, it is important to be aware of your rights when purchasing products, especially when it comes to receiving a free replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item. In accordance with consumer protection laws, individuals are entitled to either have the damaged product replaced at no cost or receive a full refund if the product is found to be defective. It is essential to thoroughly inspect any merchandise upon receipt and promptly contact the seller or manufacturer if any issues arise. Providing clear documentation, such as photographs of the damaged goods or proof of purchase, can help expedite the process of receiving a replacement or refund. Lost Packages

If your package seems to have disappeared, the first thing to do is double-check the address you provided. Even a tiny mistake, like a missing letter or number, can mess up the delivery.

If the address is correct, try contacting your local post office. Sometimes, packages end up there instead of being delivered straight to your door.

Once you’ve done both of these things, shoot us an email at info@jmcolet.com. We’ll look into it and send you a new package for free if it turns out the mistake wasn’t on your end.

How to report a problem

Send your email to info@jmcolet.com within 30 days of product delivery along with the required photo proof.
